Carriage Rides

Carriage rides are offered by Tender Grass Carriage operated by Don and Cherie Gardner in the Estes park area.  Rides are by appointment, and they should be booked well in advance.   This is a nice addition to weddings, graduations, family reunions, or any special occasion.

Ceremony

The ceremony can take place in a few different areas but the favorite seems to be in front of the fire place in the parlor.  Other places may include the back patio area of the event center, the gardens in front of the antique shop, or the small grassy area on the side of the Inn.  All areas are standing room only.  As it is standing room only it is suggested the ceremony be less than 20 minutes.

Reception

The reception has many opportunities as well.  At this point you should also decide if you would want to have an open bar or cash bar.  After the ceremony or upon arrival hors devours and cocktails may be served.  Please see the menu for hors devours options.

Please see the menu for entree options.  Choose three (3) items to submit to your guests.  Have your guests preorder and RSVP you their selections.  For dessert a wedding cake is an option or one (1) dessert selection for the whole party.  

Rental Rates      (full room rentals)

* Dining room: $2500 minimum fee including rental fee
         ($500 + Dinners + Drinks = $2500 min.)

There is an estimated 20% Non-Refundable deposit due upon signing and booking of reservation.  This is a non-negotiable policy.  The deposit goes towards preparation of reservation and possible revenues lost during the time between signing and cancellation of reservaton, so be sure of your commitment.

Music

There is an opportunity to have the use of a pianist for the ceremony and / or reception.  The fee for the pianist for the event will be $150.00 per night and you will be directly billed by the pianist.
